sorry :s13:, above my budget/I'd rather throw the cash into the lenses.

Maybe I rephrase my question to be more honest bah, i.e. any full Ti frames below $400? Wasn't there a Seiko Titanium frame series or something?

I like what you said. Investing in the lens is far better ( to me at least)
But to each his own. Yes, i personally like Seiko/charmant etc. Quality products for their prices. Depending on the retail practice you go to, there will be titanium range within $400

maybe Charmant?

I saw some of their glasses. Z-titanium and B-titanium, what's the differences?...

Charmant and Seiko are good. Price range 160 onwards!

Light, titanium and looks good too. But for charmant maybe look towards the blue label series.

For Seiko, any idea what their Titanium series are called?

Noted that for titanium frames for Charmant, should go for their blue label series; I take it their other titanium series are sub-par?

For either brands, are their titanium series fully titanium, e.g. even the "legs"?

Hi everyone, i'm looking to get a pair of rayban prescription lenses and hoping to get your expert advice. I mainly have own days so not too sure where to get authentic specs and decent lenses. My budget is around $350-400, would that be enough? Not too sure if i should go to the offcial rayban shop in the shopping mall like vivo and get the lenses done there., My degree is around 300 and astig 150. A bit worried worried about doing in neighbourhood malls and i'm not good at bargaining. Thanks for any advice.

Give lindberg a try
No press mark on nose, i wash daily for past 6mths no issue.
I'm wearing the air titanium rim, temple is very thin so it will minimize any irritation from hair or skin problem. I don't think you can totally avoid this on thicker frames.

Only complain i have is i can't wear the spectacle on one hand
:s13:

How much did you pay for the air titanium rim? I got high myopia and astigmatism. Got Lao hua now too..Wonder if the frame can hold the progressive lens and thicker lens...

350-400 is more than enough to get you a pair of ray bans+prescription lenses.
The official shops would be a good place to try out their models, but to purchase there....... haha..
Don’t worry, ask around your friends and maybe they can recommend you a place which they trust and in turn hopefully you will too.
Hope this helps!

Air titanium RRP is about high 700, after discount prolly can reach the 600+ like what user Style mentioned.
Progressive or not, it won’t cause much extra thickness to your lenses. The thickness is usually based on your prescription, astigmatism, and the angle of your astigmatism e.g. horizontal or vertical.
I am all for Lindberg as I find they last for really Long especially their RIM series. Though if you get it, I suggest changing the nosepads to the bigger ones.

Basic ones, essilor crizal blue capture, hoya blue control, zeiss blue protect..
There are others in the market e.g. Shamir blue zero, tokai lutina, blue visor and many more.. usually I recommend the first 3 that I mentioned, but it’s really up to you and your Budget too!

i need some blue light lens, 50/50 both left right, which brand?

Just Seiko itself,

Blue label is the basic ones, their better series are charmant XL, charmant Z, charmant line art.

Yes to the legs/Temples too.

Hey bro, which frames did you mentioned again? Zeiss precision meaning, their progressives.. price wise, cfm plus chop cnt beat msia.

If you want to consider alternate lenses... do take note that different brand of progressive lenses affects the viewers differently. The design of the lenses e.g. hard/soft will affect your viewing. E.g. hard design gives really good distance but your peripheral vision and reading will be poorer as compared to soft which has lesser distortion/swim effect. ( there is more to this hard/soft design too and what brand lenses is using such designs).
