Don't know if this was asked before...any idea since hdb website is undergoing some maintenance, will the chance to be able to apply for both BTO and SBF come this week?

There are 10 blocks at Pasir Ris. Can try getting the one facing to the park 1 if possible

Should be fine I think, cos a lot condo also build like that with nice sea view or park view. Imagine with HDB price but have the same view like others condo.
