Vivifi can’t get otp .?

I'm not sure why either. I tested the same OTPs on my other phone numbers under M1/Singtel instant receive. But vivifi either has a lag or does not deliver at all.

Not sure what has gone wrong. Will monitor.

Port it to one of the postpaid no-contract lines, then port out after that.

Go to the StarHub store to find out more.

Hmm that's strange. No issue for me receiving OTPs via vivifi...maybe sometimes just a tiny bit of lag but not overly long, just a few seconds at most.

I don't think so, probably have to port over to a postpaid sim first.
I only know for sure that singtel prepaid can port over to GOMO via a conversion from singtel prepaid to postpaid first and this must be done at Singtel store.

The pre paid and post paid must be kakelang first to convert

SH seems to say differently wor. I have a non SH prepaid card, and enquire with them recently about porting over. They say can port over from my current prepaid to SH prepaid, then from SH prepaid change to SH postpaid. But of course the problem will be the leftover credits...

yes it's possible to go from prepaid to postpaid in this manner if you need to keep your number but it's a long process...and if you don't want to waste the credits then you need to spend some time at each stage to maximise the value you get.

I think the prepaid money is not transferable to post paid. Either use until almost empty or bye bye money

Hi all, been browsing through the pages and need advice on lower cost SIM plans from any virtual as changing over from main telco.
Preferably about 10 dollars to 15dollars for about 10g plus data ,100 mins outgoing, free caller id ,and considerably about 100 plus over SMS .So far any virtual had these range ?

Look at vivifi unlimited plan. It's good under singtel.

No, your concept is not correct. Volte calls are 4g calls. Non-volte calls are 3g calls. There is no such thing as a Non-volte 4g call.
