The bishan bto was the old ITE bishan, think this project also will be hot cakes.

bishan plot is not a good plot.... cos of the school... many elite kids study 3 language there... evening jam like sai since i secondary sch... and other jam contributors, ppl who wanna get there better do more survey yea.. plus every morning morning assembly and train sound... personal that land good for sch... houses not really, unless the schs are gone

It is closer by a huge margin :s13:.

However, it is still about 600M (straight line, middle point) to the MRT. It'll definitely be further then 600M if you walk on a footpath.

normally the distance of footpath is shorter due to cutting through the buildings

November one is a lot closer though about 5-7 mins walk to Bishan MRT, but it is located beside KCPPS which could mean a noisier morning.

I went to recce both sites and i think that bidadari is better than bishan site as it is less crowded with lower traffic. What do you guys think?

I thought bishan will be serene and calming (especially for someone who is a light sleeper) but frankly this area is anything but. There were some noises coming out from the depot when i was there and i scared it will be very noisy. Not to even mention the CTE. Anyone think biddadari will be better?

The CTE though is very far from this Bishan site, it is the MRT track that would contribute to the noise pollution.

The supply ratio can be skewed if there is a large quantity of flats being offered at Bidadari than Bishan. The absolute number of applicants for each project would be a better gage.

Ya thats what im afraid of too think i go for bida! Dont want to pay so much (think the $ will be 600+k)and be kept awake by the trains zzz. Thanks will see if other applicants think the same too during the application period in nov.
