I used the mobile app and almost checked out but decided to exit to check something else. This time around the voucher is gone.

Same I also encountered unable to use on a $201 headphone but can use on $223 headphone, both items from the $30/$200 list

Ended up now the category voucher expired.

The $201 item has seller's voucher $20 off applied but have the option not to use so i disable the voucher but the $30 category voucher still doesn't kicks in, I tried the $223 item also no $30 off Quickly I tried on iphone can see the $30 off on the $223 item but not on the $201 item as the apps auto applied the seller voucher and there's no way to disable it.

I also tried on shopee (I managed to collect all the 12am bank vouchers), seller voucher only $10 off, bank voucher $30 and if use VISA card to checkout there's another $5 off, total discount = $45 while Lazada is $30+$20+$5=$55 but I need to add another item to hit >$200
So I spent time on Lazada trying various items which none can help to meet the >$200 price, no idea why mouse, mouse pad not considered Electronics category?

No choice go back to shopee and found the bank vouchers all gone I've never use shopee before, didn't know vouchers collected is like Lazada until the specific time then expired. At that time already past 12:30am so the Lazada $30/$200 voucher also gone.
Ended up both platform also didn't buy.

save your money. lazada sales isnt what it used to be. anw the system will always choose highest voucher so you could just check out.

No, Lazada will apply shop voucher 1st followed by Lazada voucher and Bank voucher is the last one to apply which you can't see if it's working or not until you click Pay, if clicked Pay and found the bank voucher not applicable have to cancel the order and repeat the whole process again.
