It's a pretty small for an Apple Store tbh. Anyways rentals are high at MBS.

Don't see why size matters much. Even if it is super small, the very fact that it doesn't look like a typical store will already draw the crowd.

And I wouldn't be too worried about Apple's ability to pay for high rentals at MBS

The MBS store is Apple’s 512th store worldwide and there are many other locations with higher rentals than MBS. I don’t see if MBS rental would bother Apple at all.

That area used to be the quieter part of MBS. Now it seems to be bustling, plus there’s Toast Box, Breadtalk, DTF, HDL (coming soon), Tim Ho Wan and plus many other retail and restaurants beside or nearby that would probably gain from the ‘Apple Effect‘ from Apple MBS.

I think he meant millions. To put it into perspective, the entire MBS development costs SGD$8 billion to build.

This is only if you want to shop with a specialist. I don't want to shop with a specialist and I don't want to buy anything. I just want to see see look look enjoy the view and aircon alone. Products details I can easily look thru youtube reviews, no need a specialist for the tech-savvy.

Anyway, I doubt they will turn you away even if you walk in.

Negative, pop by Apple Store MBS last Saturday with intention of purchasing an iPad Pro but was turn away and told that they are strictly base on appointment basis now. However, i can try to drop by next day early in the morning without booking an appointment.

Drove to Apple Store Orchard and face the same issues
