Minus the pcc part and play games, my life style was like that previously. Sleep at day awake at night. No mood to play games at all. So i started changing my working hours to midnights. Those period not working then day in and out watch videos and read on 易经, on 中国式管理, 三国, 孙子兵法, 三十六计, etc.
