For those can’t get from govt is understanding but those that choose to go bank because interest lower cannot blame anyone what
They save never see
No money to pay banks end up is govt prob
Just don’t let their prob be taxpayer prob

Support measures doesn't mean got discount on loans.

It simply means defer repayment and roll interests....debt now snowballs and take longer to pay back. Lol

Yeah correct. Currently taking up a housing loan they want to see you got spare $$$$$

i heard many ppl kenna recently leh. dunno how truth. but if you got money why still need to loan?

But payment using CPF is still until 55 years old right?

Depends when you took out the loan the the law regarding CPF usage at the time of the loan.

Don't listen to CPF, they likely to get the law wrong.

Frankly, no sympathy for people who can't cope with housing loan.

It's really self inflicted problem.
