I feel that’s because while AMD claimed ample availability at launch, but rumors is that only Navi 21 will be available this year. It will however be available mid November. So there is nothing to compete with Nvidia even if they delay their release. AMD is dragging their next generation hardware release really badly. They announce that they will announce the new hardware a month and month and a half. After which you need to wait another half a month for actual hardware to be available.

I am not very hopeful. Remember Frank twittered the song to wait for tomorrow, I suspected it will not be tomorrow since it’s a major release and no official announcement yet. But I wasn’t expecting a 2 months delay in official announcement. So I will not be surprised if they delay it further.

I do not mind if they take their time to fine tune the end product.

With all these rushed products and delays, I think it is really unwise to rush to get one now. Let the dust settle and we can find the products at a more reasonable price and stable product.

I hope so too or we will see people selling on HWZ priced to prevent resellers. Joke...

And just like that, the RTX 3070 got pushed back to Oct 29. A day after AMD's graphics announcement.

Looks like those RTX 2080 Ti owners still have a longer bargaining chip to price it higher than usual since almost no competition. :s13:

i'm also having the 10850k... well at least you can use igpu, i'm using the asus maximus xii formula board with no built in hdmi or displayport...

literally can't test my rig till now....
