read on reddit that apparently it's cos they dowan someone to bankai them from behind using the strap to break their necks or if tio some heavy arti fire and their heads jerk backwards, the straps can strangle them.
i think it was more simple than that: its just more comfortable strap off

The germans should have placed mines all over the water and beach lol

I read the Germans were misled by wrong intel. They were waiting enmasse at another spot then the Omaha happened. They were severely under manned there. Allies just had throw man continuously to eventually wear out the German battery

i always wonder how come the American soldiers don't strap on their helmets?
won't fell off during the gun fight meh? :s11:

Tia gong if the bullet hit a loose helmet, both the bullet and helmet will bounce off.

If the helmet is fixed, the bullet might penetrade thru or ur neck snap from impact

The veterans who were there say this is very mild already.

but they also said it was the most realistic portrayal of what actually happens in war they have ever seen.
it was so realistic many left the cinema during these scenes because it reminded them of what actually happened to them.

got documentaries saying Hilter was sleeping and no one dares to wake him up during the invasion.
Rommel was away celebrating his wife's birthday.
