I answer you in two ways, from 择日 point of view in general, every good/bad day/year/month there will always good/bad days. Even in Lunar 7th month there are still good date or house moving or marriage.

another way is to look at it from FS point of view. 明年是辛丑年，三煞在辰，乙，卯，甲，寅山。so if you house is happen to be facing west (sitting east) it is better to avoid moving to that house next year. Those who face south west and north west must be selective to see if it fall under 辰，寅二山，这个要用罗盘现场堪查。

My balcony facing 壬 347 degree and door facing 丙 161degree. Use phone, hopefully actual 罗盘 dont deviate too much.

From the way you describe I think you got all the FS fundamentals wrong, I don't even bother to look at balcony except for 外煞，no one use balcony for direction, this is the biggest mistake many people made, misled by many 江湖派。
