there have been allegations that this election has high degree of down ballot irregularities. a lot of ballots only voted for biden while leaving the house/senate empty. too lazy to find the source again.

The down ballot votes irregularity for Joe Biden is highly suspicious. Almost 4% difference in swing state Georgia.

It doesn't make sense that voters for Joe Biden, are not voting for the democrats in the Senate or House elections.

Furthermore the democrats lost alot of seats in House election, and did not gain much in Senate election.

Trump downplay it to not alarm the people and set off panic behaviour. If u recall the time when he had to make judgment call to stop inflow of people by air travel — he stopped allowing people into USA early based on the early limited information he had at hand, while Biden called him xenophobic for halting air travels, etc.
