Quick check on Prop guru, SUO has:

> 26 1bedder listings. 22 resold this year . 292 one bedders total.
> 90 2bedder listings. 13 resold this year. 354 two bedders total.
> 33 3bedder listings. 5 resold this year. 282 three bedders total.......

Interestingly, more 3 bedder listings than 1 bedder but more 1 bedder resold than 3 bedder. Conclusively the demand for 1 bedder is higher as compared to bigger unit for Sims drive .

TOP till date, SUO has:

> 35 out of 292 one bedder entered resale market.
> 18 out of 354 two bedders entered resale market.
> 7 out of 282 three bedders entered resale market.

Yes of course, cant deny that 1BR has more demand than 3BR. But it does not mean demand for 3BR is poor :s13:

Normanton no delay to TOP? Even earlier than treasures at Tampines even though the launch date is later?

Construction might have started earlier than Treasures but only the launch date has been affected. But there could be delays to TOP, we never know.

I like it.:o yesterday evening got agent come my home advertising and giving out leaflets.:o I chat with him and I am motivated by his insight.:o

However I told him I am a taxi driver and jobless, then he say no problem and walk away.:o

But yah it’s a good project.:o

can share whats the selling points? so far i saw the reviews all really try hard. one extreme example is saying the future secondary road connection is direct link to kent ridge park.

Just opp Normanton, BTO is in the plans for portsdown enclave.

Will the BTO be praise for its good location or be in the same Ulu-ness group as Normanton park?
Interesting diff opinion between HDB & Private in the same locality. Hmmm

From what I see, everyone is talking about the fusionpolis@one north, Kent ridge park, and the greater southern waterfront that would make this proj v attractive given its price point is also lower than Kent Ridge Hill Residences.

But I would choose KRHR anytime.
