Because singapore got no eshop for nintendo switch. You've to login to nintendo website and change your country to USA, LA postal code 90001. Then you log out on the switch then login again.

DOn't use SG as your location. Try using Canada *or some USA area*. If you know Japanese can try using that cos got more games *I think
