My dell monitor suddenly have green lines appearing. I have check my receipt and found that it has five years warranty and still have few months before it expired. Happily I called Dell Support and provide the Service tag found behind the monitor. I was told that service tag wasn't valid. I mentioned to the agent that I buy from Lazada, he told me there is a lot of cases where people buy from 3rd party and having warranty issue. He told me to email him the receipt and he will check for me.
I have received an email later informed that the warranty department reject my claim and advise me to claim from the reseller directly. The seller is Cybermind. I didn't buy directly from dell as it is cheaper in lazada and I was able to use credit card voucher. Have anyone encounter similar issue as me?
