jpmm I feel, can try for those that came to work here as expat after uni. But for those, raised in international school, not so easy. Most jpmm, want internal harmony. The one I know, she doesn't express her feelings/thoughts well so the guy needs to be a good initiator of conversations.

From bazi point of view it has to be man earn more better than woman, 女命如果變女強人就一般犯傷官來克官，小則損財，大則傷人離異。

當然如果傷官不旺，有財星來生官反而是旺夫之相。

If the woman making a good life and the husband also doing well, even if there is gap but not too big and the husband can take it is still ok one.

The problem only happens when the gap is too big or the man feel too 自卑。
