Has anyone stayed at the Suite before?

Can share the experience and whether it's worth the extra $ because the price difference between the balcony and the suite is quite a lot

Hi,

I just booked for QOTS May 24 3Night trip and performed my online check-in (all done except the health declaration which the app says need to do on the spot before I board the ship)

anyway may I ask if there is a need to start booking for the activities already? When and where can we go about to book the activities?

You can only book most of activities once you are check-in onboard and connected to their wifi. A week before the cruise, browse available activities in the app.
If you wanna book their paid activities, very few only, can do thro Cruise Planner in advance as it is cheaper than paying on-board.

Can anyone advise for the Casino on board, do they accept SGD? or only USD?
Also are we able to withdraw cash on board if required? Or it is better to bring spare cash?

To book those activities, do you need to buy their wifi package as well? (Heard it is USD15 per day)?

ohh didn’t know have 2 types of suite as this is my 1st time

when I check on royal carribean website and select the suite didn’t see any option to choose the suite type

would appreciate any inputs regarding the balcony and these 2 suites types

Would suggest to do so. Can wait for Royal Caribbean to send you email on sale of dining package and wifi package etc. Normally they will send a few weeks before your cruise date I think. I just bought Voom + Stream wifi last week for my 29 April cruise at considerable discount through the sale.

Seems like there isn't any discount for paid activities though. Now I want to book for North Star but no more slots for 2 persons le. Only way is unless I book 1 person slot each but at separate timings or wait for people to hopefully cancel a slot lol.

To elaborate. you can connect to their Guest Wifi for free, this allow you to to use their app & book activities. That's it.

If you want normal Internet access, not free, recommend to sign up during monthly sale in Cruise Planner.

Here are FAQs:

milelion.com have extensive reviews on QOTS. (Grand Suite VS Balcony etc....)

We have tried Star Class, Junior Suite(Sea Class) and Balcony. Balcony is good enough and you still get good services from the crew overall. Not worth getting Junior Suite. Star Class for extra VIP treatment and specialty restaurant access.

Usually sale sent every month, discount more or less the same in Cruise Planner.

No harm buying early. If cheaper next month sale, just cancel and buy again. I have gotten refund for cancellation, tried and tested.

Which part of the ship should I choose for Balcony? Aft, Mid-Ship or Forward?

Is the coastal kitchen the best dining option onboard?

Just came back today from sailing, did not buy wifi in advance due to festive and work and they spam me so much adv emails so i never read in depth LOL. there is a deadline to buy all these pre trip package and expires about 3 days before your sail date.

I took the same approach to buy from Day 2 to Day 5 only. One account buy two devices (my spouse & i) in total paid USD 107.95:( This is aftr 10% discount for Gold member (you will qualify it after a first full pay trip thereafter)
Can WiFi be purchased onboard for certain days? Anyone knows what is the onboard rates now?

My prepurchased 4N WiFi plan (surf +stream) for 1 device at 20% discount still cost me sgd100 😱for May sailing. 2 Devices at $190. The WiFi plans pricing seems to have increased so much more compared to in Feb.

I just need WiFi on day 2 and day 3 of the trip and with 10% disc for gold member, I'm thinking this way is much cheaper if it is possible 😅

Did you pre-purchase outside sale period? 3-devices Voom+Stream would only cost around $81.
