CLCT into all sectors in China, the future look good if you hold.

Yes, now at $1.3x range, will head toward $1.4x range.

So sorrry! Actually its performance was lacklustre from after the gd recovery of the pandemic jul 2020 onwds (most stk rises except this) so i sold the bulk of it liao le......
It appeared gd only when 1 ave down to buy more during “lows”

i m rather disappted w its pricing and performance (maybe cos this is sgx)although i luv its philo and strategies

to b honest in terms of reits and divs, sassesur is the only gem, nt even the bigger names or big bro in the sg Reits’ scene!!!! - once again china!!

Any REITs exposure of China is basically good prospect but US-China issue may affect it.

I check DBS Equity Pick mostly, and I copy trade MNACT, looking good now after HK riot ended.

Bought $$0.795 10k in Feb 2020 just before the pandemic.
It sank as low as $0.56 range in April.

It was one of the few I didn’t (should have) average down during April 2020.

uobkayhian broker will send us gd report every now & then, if nt why do we hve them 4?
Cheap is nt alwys gd!!!! i believe ....dont just aim 4 cheAp stuff& services only
