when i stayed in hostel in hk, most ppl press n let it run. should ownself set timer then go take but machine never come take way past the time it stopped. i just put the clothes into the nearest bucket outside.

just put your used cotex inside with the clothes, said you forgot where is the dustbin.

after wash cycle finish
cloths in wash machine is free for the first hours
after that $10 fine for per piece of cloth in the washing machine for the next hours
if 10 pieces of cloth left in the washing machine for 11 hours is
10 x 10 x 10 is $1000 fine

Did you try my method or suggestion? Sure work one. Remove the washed clothes and out them in a pail of water.

Take it out BEFORE her load starts...

Let the water soak her clothes, then drain out the water... Dump her wet unwashed clothes in a pail.

My friend came to visit me the other day, saw the clothes inside the machine and heard about my complaints. She just took everything out and threw them all down the rubbish chute next to the washing machine.
One fine day, if the tenant make my nerve snapped, I will throw all her clothes down the rubbish chute as well... It is a matter of time only. She even wash her prada bag and leave it there. I will take it out and give to the next edmw bbfa here if she is going to leave her prada bag inside the machine again...

once wash cycle finish
your smart phone will get notification

If I am the owner, I will just kick her out. I have my own house for my elderly parents to live in and I look for a room elsewhere near to my workplace so that I will not bring the covid virus back to my house and infect my elderly parents. My own house's neighbours surrounding me are great people to live with... I am always looking forward to weekends to visit my parents and sleep inside my own house and my own bedroom. Even can have casual coffee and lunch breaks with my next door neighbour.

I'd rather YOU save the money and return to your parents place to stay.

Cos even if you are in the medical profession or working in NCID, you should know very well how to MINIMIZE chances of carrying SARS-COV2 virus from your work place back home.

But its sweet that you have such thoughts just to protect your parents.
