Maybe you can ask the developer to just sell you the show flat. You shoukd be able to afford one.

Developer has right to turn away walk-in yes, but will they want to do that in reality?

i just walk in for my recent new launches visit, the developers and their agents still very welcoming, no rejection, been this case for 3-4 projects.
