best is use white putty for light coloured tiles rah

then colour it to the nearest colour...

Professional use a kind of chalk which under heat (some use iron) to melt it and fill up the hole. After that they use a buffer to polish the spot until shiny.

hahaha! That's what I always do. Find a use for the hole...... if ts can't find a use for the hole, I suggest enlarging it...... maybe he'll get a eureka moment.
