I an facing the same problem after changing my shower set to a rain shower. The stupid beng plumber removed the old set and left a big gaping hole, then patch it with a white putty which stood out like a sore thumb against the light brown tile! I think I am going to buy wall stickers to cover it !

yes, but will leave a mark after patched with white cement
i want to make it as close to original finish of the ceramic tile as possible
:frown:
Depends on the colour and texture of the existing ceramic tile. Most simple method will be using similar coloured putty filler material to patch, dry then sand. No perfect way unless you change all the tiles. This is similar to painting scratched up door on car; you either paint the door to match the entire car or paint the whole car. :(

Use tile grout. It comes in powder form with many colors. If you want to get the closest right color, you got to mix two different colored grout or use white powder grout to lighten the color you want.
Sold in business for building material for contractor like Buildmate etc Not those atas inside mall kind of place.😆😆😆😆😆

yes i got watch this video
sg got contractor who can do this and who can find back old hdb tiles?
the one i ask no want to do for me
:frown:

Many contractor can't just take out 1-2 tiles. Sometimes they may crack the adjacent tiles.

If you DIY this, maybe could cost less than $50. Old hdb tiles are easy to get, white square tiles I mean.
