Hope HLB continues with 0.6% after Jun 2021. Might consider shifting the amounts over $10k in Singlife to HLB after Singlife lowers the interest rate for beyond $10k to 0.5% effective 1 Jul.
HLB has higher daily withdrawal limit of $50k compared to Singlife $20k, and Singlife has a history of being unstable (can't login/withdraw at times).

Can you share the link of this HLB? is this a simple saving account?

Please be careful and do not ever let your online banking account being locked. The SMS OTP was lagging just now and I used my token to generate the OTP. Keyed in twice not correct and the 3rd time the account was locked already. Need to mail their eConnect form or go to the branch to request for a temporary userid, at least 5 working days if u mail out. Called the hotline to see if can be reset over the phone but already closed for the day. Very tedious and so primitive in their password reset process, think cannot access account for 1 week now.

Encountered the same trying to login with the token after a long time never use. Luckily still can login via SMS OTP. Called the helpline and was guided to synchronise the token via Other Settings in top menu. Just sharing my experience.

Requested callback on the issue and I was informed during the 1st call today that I am able to obtain the temporary useid over the phone. Got the temporary userid during the 2nd call in less than an hour later and I was able to reset the password, without having to submit the form by mail or go to the branch in person.

Hi, when i check my Internet banking this morning, i noticed that my hl bank account was marked as inactive without any warning sms or letters. Now i can't even check the transactions in the account.

Call center doesn't open till Mon.

How do i reactivate the account? Anyone has experience?

Can I know how to close this iSavings account? Do I need to go down to the bank personally to close the account? I believe there is a $5 service fee monthly for maintaining the account with less than a daily average of $5k.

Been a while since I last logged into the their IB. I have an iSaving-R with them. Last week when I logged in, I could still see the account and its balance but it stated Dormant, to activate pls HL Branch.

I dont recall seeing that message

any idea?
