I found a minor difference between CDP direct crediting and IB SG.

For example, if the dividend payment date is Jun 28:

CDP direct - you will receive the dividend before 23:59 Jun 28 (SG time)
IB SG - you will receive the dividend before 11:59 am Jun 29 (SG time). But in the statement, the payment date is still Jun 28. I think it is US time.
it's do with custodian account. similar to other brokers on custodian account

The "Transfer & Pay" menu is missing in the Client Portal. When I tried the (Android) mobile app, the menu is there, but it logged me out if I clicked it. Looks like there is a glitch with IBKR now, and ppl can't add funds.

P/S: Just tried to open a ticket in Client Portal, it still logged me out. Aiya... :(

might be because close to midnight us time. hence under maintenance.
Can't be a planned maintenance, because we are having trading hours in Asia.

Anyway, the "Transfer & Pay" menu is back. All working good now.

Too many technical glitches from time to time. Sigh...

I think the US side ain't too concern about asia probably? and only IBSG can trade SGX for sg residents.

well.. has to decide whether one is happy with the downtime vis-a-vis the cheap fees.

SCB Custodian even worse, takes 1 working day in the past now takes up to two, can be over the weekend.

On IBKR LLC as well. tried to make use of my 1 free transfer of funds back to my DBS. Failed to login for around 1 hour. To be honest, IBKR app/website is terrible compared to Moomoo and Tiger.

But I am still sticking with them because they can handle the more complex transactions eg european markets and warrants.

is there a guideline on how to set an effective limit offset for stocks?
Say your share is $100, cost basis is $90 (stop loss), and the limit offset is 0.01 x $ 100 = $1

are you talking about what's the strategy of setting or are you talking about how to do it in IBKR?

I just checked with IBSG and they mentioned they only accept individual account now and joint account is not available yet. Is it true as i saw many forum mentioned can apply joint account.

i think previously someone shared that to open a joint account, it will be under IBLLC.. but seems like that has been closed...
