Yes i asked for many units and minimum psf was 1450++ and choice stacks were 1480++ for 2b2b with windows in kitchen and toilets.

But overall i was not confident in this location so finally decided not to proceed. Good for the buyers who got their choice units as per their acceptable price range.

For self stay is definitely reasonable psf for new launch near mrt.
