The accuracy and properly filled fields of your profile are important especially when trying to do online check-in. Have read many complaints about unable to check-in due to issue like first and last names were reverse, or incorrect passport details etc.

I cruise at least once a month. No problem doing online check-in for my other 4 to 5 companions and myself. Already check-in my 24/12, 5/1, 18/2 and 2/3 trips.

I guess most profiles already properly updated when cruise resumed to facilitate smooth check-in online so less error.

I saw someone shared that. That was pre-Covid19 arrangement too. I don't bother since they allowed me to secure another trip in March.

I encountered the problem with no refund in Year 2020 initially when I booked online. I managed to quote the staff's name and they returned me the PP eventually. I hope they have changed the policy now.

. I spoke to the staff awhile ago and told him my past encountered. He checked again and told me "returning PP for online booking" depended on the situation (he couldn't give example). BTW, online booking confirmation slip is generated by another department. Hence, I will only do online booking with PP if the discount is super good (e.g. 9/8/2021 4D3N at 3375PP).

just arrive mbcc.. drop bags no q... swab test lift zero q.. now come up for swab test and next group is me. and i just arrive at 2.59pm.

Got cabin card at 3.47pm. Wed cruise quite smooth

MBCC staff say sun cruise most chaotic as alot want come early and create bottlenecks

You can only check the website for good deal.

March complimentary room via hotline booking will probably release on 1st Jan.

牌九 is a passing time game. Hence, not much TP. You are very lucky if you can win 10 times of your per bet amount. Only Jackpot or High Roller Baccarat will earn more TP.

PP is like money. 76pp = $1, can use to pay yr gratuties n charges on yr sailpass or redeem/booking of rooms, TP basically is just yr membership tier

PP or Plus Point is like a reward point where you can use to redeem cabin, purchase onboard or even pay for gratuity/taxes. You earn PP from gaming onboard. It is valid between 6 to 12mths and you should be able to see their expiry date on RWAS website.

TP or Tier Point is use toward membership level or tier like Silver (6TP), Gold (60TP) or Platinum (600TP). You earn TP from gaming (accumulate same time) and think is reviewed every 6mths (maybe reset every Jan and July). This mean if you managed to earn 6TP within the 6mths, you will be upgraded to Silver TIer card or 60TP to Gold Tier. Thereafter the membership Tier will be valid for next 6mths. During the new period you need to earn similar TP to maintain same Tier status otherwise will be downgraded.

You can book a Palace by using 45000pp abt $600. Which is much cheaper than online

PP valid for 12 months from the trip you earned. TP reset every 6 months. Hence, I will always gamble lesser in December and June when I already clocked 60TP to maintain Gold status for next 6 months.

Passport does not have residential address so IC/BC will help to proof the same house hold.

i never need to show birth cert so far after many cruise trips though.

oops. i am also on the same cruise as you. arriving today. I reached mbcc at 3.45pm, swab test had 1 zone full waiting for results. check in also no queue. but when onboard, all the shows for the day are fully booked. only booked lumiere the next day.

my neighbour managed to get 3 consecutive rooms booked. i asked her how she manage to get 3 rooms side by side. she say she went 6th floor reception to request for room change. so all the 3 rooms balcony partition are opened up. no charge for that request.

Enquired on the earn and redeem voucher redemption for TP earned. only valid for 30 days. The ship is fully booked in january, no point redemption as the redemption for spa, free wifi premium and f&b voucher valid for 30 days only.
