Problem with hybrid model is bosses mindset, they will still rather see you in office.
WFH if default, then this would be non-issue.

WFH. No need to squeeze public transport, no need to see toxic people. I don't know why some people will think that WFH = eat snake. I am more productive when i WFH as I have cleared more projects this year alone as compared to the past many years.
