Yeah I know time sale cannot use vouchers- but got external cashbacks like grab’s one a few days ago. Saw a DBS one for 10 bucks but that’s relatively small compared to Grab’s 30 dollar cashback

The last time I used is to buy a fridge but seller claim out of stock. Voucher never get refund.

Subsequently I found seller never took down the advertisment and ask my friend to order without voucher. Order was granted but he cancel it before it started to deliver. Get refunded and lesson learnt with Qoo10 and their seller.

As we are planning to buy a fridge. my spouse tried to use her account to purchase and Gift to me another $100, However it seems that my account was unable to receive the Gift Card

Try sending via email instead. And check for typos. I had previously sent $1k to another acct back in 12.12 with no issues

In fact, they don't keep stock. Eg, their Beko fridge is deliver directly by agent which is CASA. They have lots of stock. Believe if you use voucher, as a middle man they loss money so they just tell you no stock.

No penalties from selling platform anyway!

I accidentally clicked item delivered for a wrong item (two items in order, I blur click wrong one). That item has shipped but tracking details not updated in system. Will they still update the tracking info if shown as delivered from my side? And what if it doesn’t arrive….. Sian

I don't think they have any auto cancel thing. Quite a long time since I bought delivery which dragged. I remember few months back seller no send for few weeks, I asked then they say their container late. I wanted to cancel they say ok, but I didn't press button, they also didn't do anything, then send the goods in the end
I think above few post also got people warn about some shop drag very long.
