I ONLY KNOW THE facts
when china has an outbreak of Covid at beginning of 2020 till mid

it never failed to slowly climb up steadily bit by bit , inch by inch
i m not asking it to fly or to perform silly stunts like a tesla stock or Elon musk
i never love Hype and magic


i like it slow and good

many big names in Singpore cannot even offer this

Stock or REITs is not just about price.

Sasseur REIT since IPO 4 properties, till 2021 still new acquire 0.

CLCT 2019 14 shopping malls,
2020 add 5 business park and 1 shopping mall divest 1 shopping mall.
2021 add 4 logistic properties, divest 2 shopping malls.
Currently 11 shopping malls, 5 business park and 4 logistic properties.

I didn't say Sasseur REIT not good.
For long term investor, I believe you know how to choose.

It is a gd 4 nothg in terms of mkt price, there is a chinese proverb or Idiom : 扶不起阿斗 {a China}, although Lan Caplan is theoretically/structurally gd.... if nt why will i even buy it??? & i love China plus the bkg of Capitaland

“ different from other Reit, Sasseur's rent structure to its tenants has both fixed and variable components for each property rent increases (fixed escalation rate of +3.0% p.a. and variable component is pegged to a % of each property’s total sales (ranging between 4.0% to 5.5%) eg Sasseur collect more rental for higher tenant sales and if tenant not doing well Sasseur still get a fixed 3% increase in rent”

from UOB - The price has moved above the cloud and is forming a Flag pattern, which is a hint that the price rally is likely to continue. The conversion and base lines are hinting @ a bullish price trend. The MACD indicator remains bullish and is hinting at a price rally. We see increasing odds of a stock price rally to S$0.945. Stop-loss could be placed at S$0.860.
BUY and target price of S$1.05!

Hope it will nt go Flat aft ex-div, nevertheless still a Gem!!!!

Reits with healthcare and China assets outshine in November on sgx!​

The Sasseur Reit manager noted that despite strict government regulations, the Reit's outlet sales grew 12.0 per cent quarter on quarter to 996.6 million yuan. (Sasseur Reit declared distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.831 Singapore cents for Q32021, an increase of 13.4 per cent year on year)
For the 9-month period ended Sep 30, 2021, Sasseur Reit's four outlets registered total sales of 3.02 billion yuan, representing an increase of 21.8 per cent compared to a year ago.

For me this Reit is for dividend. Capital growth is good as long as positive yearly.

Some experts said div investing into reits are all abt divs only

Cap growth is secondary woh
