I think institutions selling the Reits as anticipating increase interest rates few days ago. Most probably this is affected too.

I hardly DCA ,except 1 gem i never fail to keep buying @ ever-progressively MUCH higher price!

Not really. Some others i bought at low too but in red like this one. The only good thing is i didnt buy at high.

Ya. Big names could be disappointments.

What i dont like is big names kept being reported in reports as recommendations all shouting BUY but prices is tanking or kns. The more i see such reports, the more i distrust. Who knows if these institutiona have a stake in these big names?

Iirc, Ascendas always appear in such reports. See the price now. It is lower now than then.

The fall is not just 1 mth or so….. but consistently weakening!!!!!!

I can take it well if it s just some temporarily fall

I predicted mLt will fall after the PO (preferential offerin) hence i didnt take the po price at all
Not only it fell, it fell quite alot
MLt is 1 of my regret into big names!!!

Don't understand all your posts.. sounds like you're horse gambling or something. I just checked, sasseur from inception till now gain 2% (exclude dividend). You check against MLT and ascendas same period?
