Marine Parade location is one of the best in singapore!

bro most of the time u if u live there u be at home enjoying the view.

for buying things whenever u come back from work on the way back can always drop buy groceries store and buy what u need.

still living there is far better then other parts of singapore

when i was in my 20s i rented many parts of singapore and marine parade is the BEST!!!

the worst top 2 is Petir Rd (taking bus in the morning) and old Airport Road (alot of gangster fight almost every night very scary)

yes even it was 2nd floor i still love the location.
marine parade got this magical feeling no matter jow tire i am after work once the bus reach marine parade all my tireness like dissapears it is a very nice feeling

Yeah it's actually not bad. though it can get quite noisy because of ECP. If you move a bit too far down like towards Marine Vista, then may be troublesome due to not too much amenities except NTUC and the wet market. but otherwise. in terms of schools and accessibility is very good.

maybe now the older generation all no longer around there last time u know the famouse hawker they have many delicious food there everynight sure got fight and everynight sure got police cars and sometime ambulance.

whenever i come back from work walk pass those shop houses gangsters will sit around and look at me like eagle i scare ofcourse but put a friendly smile

This is so true. They have done fantastic landscaping. Crescent and Drive side is good. Terrace side feels more lok abit

to be fair every part of singapore is very noisy no matter where u live either cars and motorbikes sound or people talk loudly every part of sg the same trust me i rented many hdb houses before when i was single.

but the different with marine parade is the air it is much more fresher then those who live in the middle of singapore and the crowd is bearable because there sea and there no HDB in the sea that is what i like not so crowded.

lol u come back now and see, no same anymore lor.... many more developments there, not hdb so the whole place quite crowded also and beach is so crowded

but of cos u compare with the slums of sg, its nice lah.... if i stay there i won't wanna get out of the house, u know when the last time I go down and jiak at the coffee shop nearby?
