It's not her decision to make.
She's bound to act on Cabinet advise.

Her only options are

1) do not sign the execution order during her term
2) order a delay to execution to an unspecified date

However these 2 actions can be overturned if and when someone acts as President while she is on holiday/leave.

The only thing she can do is fix the execution to a specific date far into the future well beyond her term.
But this will almost certainly result in the Govt taking it to court for a determination whether she can do such a thing
