Teachers are paid very well for the work they do. They don’t need to be productive or innovative.

Ownself grading C+, blame others. Either you play their game to get ur grading up and salary rise or LLST get C+ / lower pay.

Nowadays, teacher appraisal is tough but don't blame when ownself buaygan.

Paid very well for 10 months of same old work each year. Not to mention all the half year, end of year, aws and performance bonus!

if they made it in the field, wan come back relax teach i understand.

i did some part time teaching before, even as a part timer, i also found the workload to be ridiculous. Can't imagine how those full time teachers handle.

oh ya, i left soon after because even tho i do part time, the school expected me to behave like full time.

Got aws and a few bonuses still complain. All professionals are overworked leh. At least they are still having it better than auditors.
