SG properties have been dabbling at higher multiples while essentials and manpower are trading at low multiples. Time to swap.

too many cooling measures in place to suppress the property mkt. they just need to lift up one or two measures, the mkt will chiong again. Singapore property mkt really is defy logic. I think only a war or invasion in Singapore will result in property mkt crash.
