eh, I think can. though I never take before.

if i rmb correctly, you just need to know where is the pickup point or something. I could be wrong.
Just take taxi, most of the time they are not going to cheat your money, have counter to manage the taxi and queues.

remember to take small size taxi like altis etc...compare to taking a bigger taxi SUV size as it will be more exp...

Yes now is not like precovid many flights landing at the same time..... Few months ago long queue because of the Thailand Pass and now temporary no need to check arrival card so immigration pretty fast.

Definitely much better then KLIA but even if you clear immigration fast you will still need to wait for your luggage to come out... Unless you have no check in luggage...
