I put competitive bid 2.9% -- by right, I shouldn't get any. But I received SMS that my bid is successful.
Now i question myself, did I make a mistake in my application? Unfortunately, I cannot find the records on my bidding exercise in my bank app.

Is there a way to see what choice I made when I bid in OCBC?
not bad still have sms to say bid successful.

i dont even have.

He was replying to your msg saying the amount to be refunded is not much, 10k only 140+ blah blah.. so his point is what u are referring is those that are successful, but those who are not may have 10k or 100k or more not refunded too, so it's no longer a "small amount" as u mentioned anymore.

But of course it will be refunded, just a matter of time 😁
If takes a long time to refund, yes there's some opportunity cost due to sheer inefficiency. For some, the interest differential can eat haidilao meal liao lor....... frustrating if its due to incompetence.

Comp bid below cutoff yield so 100% allocated, receive SMS at 11:44 and check bank money credited. Done

That's late? My refund came in last night (before MAS removed the first auction result). Also UOB savings account (Uniplus).
My refund just in with no notification from UOB.
So not true that UOB is faster in processing. I did both comp and non-comp bids using cash via UOB.
This tbill is odd as the refunds will usually be in by end of day on auction date.
A day's delay is still ok, hopefully no delays in future auctions.

Yes, it's frustrating if due to incompetence.. but not much we can do, banks won't compensate u for such incidents.. can only keep fingers crossed that everything is smooth

Due to a technical issue, there was a delay in the processing of the 6-month T-bill auction (BS22115F) on 4 August 2022, leading to a delay in the publication of auction results. The auction results were published at 10:00am on Friday, 5 August 2022. MAS is working with DBS, OCBC and UOB to process any affected customer applications as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
