Looks like there's not much available good choices for 32" 4K monitor that are good for both productivity and a little bit of gaming

Hi all

I heard a lot of good reviews for this MSI Optix-MAG274QRF-QD monitor. But i came across this newer model MSI MAG274QRX 240Hz review at hardware unbox.

I am not sure is it worth to pay an addition $100 more to get the a 240Hz monitor without the Quantum Dot? I am going to get a new rig soon and intend to buy the monitor 1st. Anyone can advice?

I would get the RF-QD because the QRX at 240Hz performs slower response times and more inverse ghosting.

This means no point in having it at 240Hz.

Looking to get the Dell SE2723DS for WFH needs. Not looking to game and most probably just watching some youtube videos or movies. Anyone using this monitor can share how is it?

Hi guys, can I ask whether users of AW3423DW monitor experience pixelated or blocky dark scenes when watching streaming content like on Netflix? I didn't have this issue on my old Ultrawide monitor and no such issue on my Dell 4k 27 inch monitor. Is this because of the OLED panel and any settings I can adjust to improve it?

Is it okay to buy refurbished monitor?
yes I believe so because the warranty offer is the same as new unit.

Also as I understand even when new unit got any defects the replacement unit was normally a refurbished unit.

MSI also announced the same QD OLED, but I don't think it is in retail yet (at least I have not bothered to check). Regardless, this is going to be a premium product, so I don't expect prices to go below 2K.
