Samsung Jb citysquare already have display for watch 5 pro but fold 4 accesories haven't come in yet.

for those who are keen to get the wireless charger for free, i went to this link: https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/contact/#start-chat , clicked on live chat --> product category (smartphones..) --> enquired with a CS from their Samsung Singapore Live Chat Service Support and got it almost immediately. He asked to confirm if i would like to request for the promo code to receive free wireless charger duo. Then he asked for my mobile number and the promo code (for the FOC wireless duo charger) was sent within around 20 mins. I applied said code on my order, and the FOC charger appeared. Can confirm that it's stackable ontop of my $80 pre-order voucher too.

i think they have a different team serving the customers. The multiple CS reps i spoke to on the pre-order page, who identified themselves as being from the sales team (Samsung Singapore's Online Shopping Assistance), said they do not have this promo available, one of them mentioned it "could be by another team".

So there you go, hopefully it works for you too!

p.s. i also activated shopback in my chrome and got another 4% cashback!

If I was offered 690 by PCDreams for my Note 20 Ultra, does that means I can potentially get 890 after using the tradeup voucher from Shopee?

hmm the trade up value between PC dream and Compasia is very big difference. S21Ultra is $625 using straight offset when preorder Fold4, this one is compasia. While doing it manually via PC Dream will be $700. These amounts before adding $200.

can we ask samsung to compensate this difference if already pre ordered?

I think samsung SG is quite @n@l for offering this charger for those who haven't pre-order, yes i know the charger is worth only $30 in the open market, but still they are treating those who pre-order early as suckers

Last fold3 pre-order they have already treated us early birds as suckers, delaying our orders for weeks while those who order last min at Laz/shopee etc got it 1st

Really lose confident in ordering directly with Samsung, might as well order thru other platform
