I have 100K SSB bought last year and thinking of redeem and get the Nov ones....
But my only concern is that I might not get back 100K in Nov.

It has been oversubscribed for the past few months. You will likely not get 100K in Nov 22.
Can do partial redeem on your 100K SSB ..

T-bill is 6 months. Fraser is 5 years unless you sell early. For me I split. As to how to split depend on you as it is your monies you take full responsibility for the decision you made.

I have SSB from years ago. Will be redeeming to put into coming SSB. But I think will take few months to complete this task as it seems it is oversubscribed every month. Maybe max <10k allocated.

Partial redemption first.

You can try 10k into SSB every month and 10K into T-bills every 2 weeks. When the T-bills matured, you can put them into SSB. Need some detailed planning and interest rate may change along the way.

100K into SSB will take time as they are oversubscribed. But things may change as banks up their interest rates.
