It’s personal preference…some people like warmer displays, some people prefer colder.
Yeah agree, that’s why everyone perceive white balance differently. Nowadays we are too accustomed to cooler white at 7K+, normal should be around 5.5-6.5K. Especially with OLED makes things very cool and not natural.

somehow I find True Tone makes it look more natural and the adjusting of screen tone is good for eyes. But that’s just me

True Tone will take awhile to get used to it. I find it less eye-strain after I got used to it.

i find the auto brightness menu too buried deep in... i use auto brightness but there are times i need it brighter... like scan qr code or bar code (don don donki anyone ? ) the staff will ask to brighten the screen.

after that i use shortcuts to turn it back to auto brightness. Put shortcut on homescreen.

prefs:root=ACCESSIBILITY&path=DISPLAY_AND_TEXT/AUTO-BRIGHTNESS

yes.. but it stays at 1 brightness level. After using the brightened screen, I want it to go back to auto brightness, hence I use the shortcuts to go back to the auto brightness toggle. :D

Sian while cleaning my ip 14 pro max realized there is this little dot there, not rough and not a paint job peeling but seems like a manufacturing issue. Have to live with it.

It wasn’t there in the first place when you got your phone?

Looks like a big dot. Did you spot it while checking the new phone?
