Upon graduation from National Chengchi University, he worked for the law firm Lee and Li. Later, Chiang became an aide in the National Assembly. He was accepted to the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002, and left for the United States.[1] After Chiang earned his J.D. degree, he practiced law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Palo Altooffice, a well known corporate law firm in California where his practice area focused on venture capital financing and corporate and security law.

think jiang can bring in more ideas for VC and startups in taiwan.....

Not sure why Taipei people don't like him. To be honest, his track record in handling covid is really not bad liao compared to countries around it (excluding China).

Or maybe bcoz I have been watching mostly tvbs and they are anti green media lol, hence that is how they tend to protray mr. Clock.
tw covid performace very good at first..
once vaccination phase, maybe very low covid cases so start to think of milking vaccine money ...their corruption starts to kick in... delay/procastinate in buying moderna, az, bnt, keep pushing own vaccine..

高雄 is DPP stronghold in the past..... win is the norm..... lose then is a surprise.....

taipei use to be leaning green.... but the vaccine fiasco..... many people die due to 陈时中 covid policy..... now the covid cases still at peak 50k 60k, not anywhere near a low...... and zhong go do other stuff like running for mayor....
