so wont change dpp total power

it actually means a lot of things. all parties usually use the elections to test water on the presidential elections which is a little more than 1 yr later. and usually it is quite accurate, unless xi huangdi wants to lend a helping hand to dpp again like the last election

抗中保台 is a joke when DPP got power for 6 years and their NS still not at least 1 year..... when PRC jet fly over they did nothing, 6 years no declare independence, instead losing more 邦交国, US did literally nothing too when PRC jet flies over taiwan, US dun even sell weapons that can hit PRC mainland infra...... like ukraine only 80km range weapons.... japan also no sound nothing when PRC doing military exercise.....

This guy is taking a lot of flak right now but I think he will still win.

I'm watching Zhong Tian quite a bit lately. Taiwanese politics is really a mud sling fest. It's so childish yet so entertaining. But I'm actually quite surprise so see Zhong Tian projecting a very pro China and anti America image. Always tot Taiwan collectively hates China and loves America. Not sure whether it is just Zhong Tian

When china offended more and more parties, support of local culture and identity increased for taiwan. That challenge the elite status and these people felt threatened, hence hated the rest of the country

looking down on the so called old world “chinese” isn’t new. People from guangdong and fujian is segregated by geography and retain a strong local culture, accounting for most of the immigration in old time to rest of the world due to sea faring nature and achieving success earlier, like in sg. That is why people in sg and Malaysia are mocked by such people as coolie genes suggesting that people from the south are inferior.

That isn’t the reason why the license is lost. In fact tw had been rather incompetent in battling infiltration.

The reason for the license lost is professional decision from independent parties. It’s like a surgeon with high complication rates killing most of its patients, this media makes so many unforgivable blunder that there is no other choice but to shut it down

Not sure why Taipei people don't like him. To be honest, his track record in handling covid is really not bad liao compared to countries around it (excluding China).

Or maybe bcoz I have been watching mostly tvbs and they are anti green media lol, hence that is how they tend to protray mr. Clock.

A large group of voters in that region are not known to be rational

besides the administration in the north essentially ruined the handling of covid but as long as the media is in control you can divert blame
