How about we have a tricameral system? First house comprises of mods who are given the rights to issue points( mods are to be elected by the people). Second house made of individuals who are users elected to determine whether the decision made by the mods are right( VAR). Third house is the audit branch, made up of individuals who are retired from both house. All decisions are to be documented and scrutinised by the auditors, auditors are answerable to the people. Executive heads are the Admins and Owners of HWZ. They are not given any power, merely figure of head. They represent the faces of HWZ, no term limit.

Judiciary branch is made up of people with Law background to ensure people of HWZ abide by the rules.

Best not to be tooreliant on HWZ. Any monopoly or dominant platform based here is easy for government to control. That's why we have sbf based overseas.
