staying at osaka for last 3 days, go usj for 1 day and left maybe 1.5 days left
I prefer to do kyushu as a single trip instead of mixed. Since SQ also got direct flight to fukuoka, though the slots are not as much compared to tokyo/osaka

at first was thinking to stay at kyushu for 18 days or so, but the flight back was early.
so while looking for a evening flight back, saw osaka have it and decided to fly back from there.
From that onwards, planned the trips to fly back from osaka

ya quite alot, fukuoka, nagasaki, kumamoto, kagoshima, miyazaki, beppu, yufuin etc.
I going/staying nearby area of fukuoka, nagasaki, kagoshima, yakushima island, miyazaki and yufuin.
Wondering how much different will it be compare to eastern hokkaido or the rest of japan
Yufuin area can stay at private onsen airbnb which is not very expensive per night. only like 200-350sgd per night. those private onsen hotel room all fully booked during new year eve and new year and cost like 550-800sgd or so

Stay near hakata station. Is convenient to travel to the other prefectures. some is too far like kagoshima and Miyazaki. But you have 18 days so no rush

Ya, i usually go quite long and like to stay near train station. area that have shinkansen is actually faster to reach than area not connected by shinkansen. Hopefully i can get some new kind of experience during this trip.
Will try to share photo that i think is worth to go when i can during or after the trip.
Cheers :s12:

I booked hotel liao. For next year tokyo trip. Book first, pay later option. Free cancelation

be careful of such pay later option ... eg) if agoda, will get hit with poor FX and +5% fee

my preference r those with pay now option with free cancellation (just try not to use MasterCard on Agoda)

Pay now, CC is charged
Cancel before the stipulated date (which is usually 2-3 days before actual day)
Full refund is credited back to my CC within 1-2 days

Another option is to choose to Pay at Hotel instead, in the local currency
