I come to threads to read and learn. not impose my views on others and then argue with people who don't agree with your views.

share comments and we all move on.

everything is supply and demand. close bidding as such. some people are happy with lower bids because they are contented and not chasing for instant gratification. slow and steady.

the real rich people must be laughing at us if they come across this thread.

sorry there are views and there are facts. for views, there are no right or wrong answers. for facts there are.

yes rich people dont need to play tbills, rich people dont need to play cpf. rich people dont need to do anything and money will come to them. are we rich people? you should not be doing the things that rich people do.

and you are right. come here and learn. there are lot s of trash here. learn the useful things and filter out the trash

Left about 30k plus OA and whatever the COY even at 4.8% is not enough to move my butt to queue :)

Everyone chill lah, whether you are willing to take 3 or 4% for a 6 month T bill doesnt make much of a difference in the end because its only a 6 month T bill, its not going to be life changing money or even money that will significantly affect your long term finances.

If its 1% difference over a 10 or 20 year period then yeah sure think long and hard about it.

Agree that a 6 month T-bill is not going to be life changing money. But who is going to give me extra $763 every month for the 6 months and may be more in the next 6 months when it rolls over at about the same rate with 6 months compare to 7 months OA interest forgone on my first T-bill. Not every day is sunny. Make hay while the sun shines :ROFLMAO:

Becuz you hoot a few hundred K that is why it is a lot I can understand. If 10k doubt you will get so agitated

My interest from RHB is over 5k a month also like that, its not life changing money.

Not only that. The timing is such that on maturity I can roll over in the same month without loss of extra month of OA interest.

Yesterday received Dec statement from RHB showing 0 balance for the whole month, same as my Oct and Nov statements :) Wonder when will they auto close my dormant account since opening it in early Oct.
