There should be a button in the lifesg app that allows you to transfer the credits to a NRIC-linked paynow.

After completing the transaction, it will show the following in the lifesg app transaction history,
Paid to
NRIC: S********
via PayNow-NRIC

Amount paid
$****

No qr code to scan.

There should be a link or button in the lifesg app to click. I can't remember what the link says.
Maybe you can check the ns55 credits page in the app.
