My Ringke Fusion case suppose to be delivered yesterday but now the status is on hold. Called to CS, they told me my parcel is under investigation, required 2-3 days to resolve only proceed for delivery. Guess I'll be using my phone naked 😅
U ship grenade together with your case? :eek:

use towel or kid handkerchief to wrap it when bringing out, don forgot tied with rubberband...it give massive protection than any SP in the market!

regarding the $101 for 2 years care+, does that mean by purchasing mean warranty become 4 years ?

Yes i used compasia. When during preorder they asked some questions about the phone. Everything was in order and i clicked the phone has physical damage since it has cracks. And they gave me the $10 offer online. Before the overtrade. So yes i only pass phone. They gave a few checks, checked the imei. Took photos and within 5 mins the system indicated the trade in at $10 which is what stated online. Then he just left the with the phone no question asked.

my preorder was done on 5th feb.
They came to collect from me on 7th feb. Which was what i chose

For those who are trading in your old phone, the earliest slot is 8 Mar. I checked with CompAsia, they advised that it is not necessary to schedule after 3 business days (which is per the Samsung and compasia terms & conditions) as the slots are already full, we can schedule to the next available slot. No issue to our trade in bonus

Even though there is no case in the package, we can redeem free clear cover case.

the ui on ss web tat we can see is retarded n not sync to ss internal system...

need to call in to cso n ask them check wat is the actual wording, if wording already change to process of shipment, mean it is either on dispatch mode in ss warehouse or already at courier warehouse awaiting to delivery to us...

maybe u check with them again n check wat is the actual wording in ss system..

the free clear case is for everyone ? or just those who place order with them, given at the point of purchase ?

Those who want the clear case, just visit the Galaxy Exhibition at Gardens by the Bay and show your e-invoice to the counter, they will just give one to you.
The clear case is the hard plastic type and bottom of the phone is open.
