I have some unit trust with Endowus platform who pays monthly dividend. However for this month I did not received the dividends even though they are supposed to pay during the early part of the month. Now is already going into mid month.

Should I worry? Considering the ongoing banking crisis?

Can you share which UT? Maybe for this month onwards fund manager decide no more payout dividends? But usually there will be an email for such changes in advance.

That fund had a dividend distribution at the end of March (according to PIMCO itself), but please read this article to figure out how Endowus is handling your dividends.

Have you emailed them? I just realised I didn't receive it as well.
No i didn't yet email them. Will do that by end of the week if i still have not get it. As BBCWater say end of march there is dividend. I should get it in early April but it seemed missed. Hope nothing to do with any banking crisis or liquidity issue in either any of the parties.

irrelevant. I'm holding PIMCO GIS INCOME FUND on a different platform and the dividends are already received on 31 Mar
Just curious, is this fund subject to the 30% WHT?

If so, wouldn't a lot of the dividends be subject to tax?

I am not a tax expert, but the fund is incorporated in Ireland and Ireland should be 0% withholding tax

It's an income fund. It's holding on to fixed income product. It pays out coupons, not dividends.

Let's stop using us equities dividend withholding tax treatment for every damn thing in the world.

Has anyone actually read the Endowus article I linked to? Endowus can reinvest dividends/distributions of S$1 or more for you depending on a configuration setting in your account. How about checking that configuration setting?🤔

My configuration was to reinvest my dividends. So every month start I will received an email saying I received $x dividend from the fund and they will be reinvested. Then few days later I will get new units.

However till now, no email, no units. Totally blank.

Coupons are not subject to withholding tax, or any other US tax?

I would have thought bond incomes are subject? Maybe I am wrong
