For the messaging,
Once you on board, you can message. No need to login or do any setup.
What I noice.. no notification during in coming message. you need to open the app

I just downloaded the RC app but i can't see the messaging icon at the top right of the app. Have i downloaded the wrong app or i have missed something ?

I look at 11 May - 15 May Cruise. I can see silk road in the daily planner

Is it going to be 12am on 24 Apr SG timing or US timing (1pm SG timing)?
Read somewhere that is some have issues checking in, not sure if it is not ready for check in yet at 12am SG time.

Also, can check in be done on app?

Hi yes, but I only got the black and white about 3 days before my trip.

Things to note though: your wife may need to bring her NRIC there to make things easier. My wife didn’t bring so we gotto keep logging into her Singpass to show them. They just need to make sure you don’t have any issues re-entering SG.

But do note that my cruise is to Penang and I think their decision is based on Malaysia’s policy, so if your cruise is to other countries then you may need to check.

Edit: do note that their general hotline/email etc folks isn’t aware of this as far as my experience shows, you need to somehow try to get hold of their folks in SG (I called their sg line during sg office hours). That guy double confirm can, but still they will not send in black and white for visa matters. So gotto wait for about a week before sailing date then the concierge emailed me and I just asked again in the email and that’s when I got the black and white confirmation.

i encountered a slight delay at 12am sharp for my online check in, only at about 12.05am then the check in button appeared, so don't panic if u don't see the check in option at 12am, wait a few minutes and it will appear.

can. faster chope your check in timing first if you using the app, you can go back to filling in the passport details after you selected your check in timing.

How to reserve Silk Road in App or can only be done on website under Entertainment only? How soon after check-in is available to reserve?

Do we need to scan our passport details for submission before actual checking on boarding day? Do not seem to have such option when online check-in.

The lugguage tags to be printed once ready so that we could drop them off before our lunch at Windjammer? Around what time will our lugguage be sent to our room since lugguage not allowed in dining venue?

Main dining room lunch is only for those with Key for boarding day and non-key also can it seems, less food. Worth going there or directly go Windjammer? Dining will start at 12pm? Managed to check in time earlier so likely going there for lunch.

Great! Not compulsory to upload photos it seems even after i selected to allow biometrics. Maybe other experts can advise if RC will take our pic when we board if no pic is provided by us hehe...

I think the Wellness check is to complete the questionnaire on app on health condition the day before the departure. If cannot ans in App, then answer in terminal.

Hi mates, i have a question on <<Disembarkation Day>> and would appreciate you guidance!

Understand that you will be assigned a specific time slot on the last day to disembark.

What i'm a bit confused is,

1) Is this is the timeslot you have to follow for checkout regardless?

OR

2) Is this the time slot you have to follow, if you have luggage that is is 'checked in' ie assisted by them to transport over to shore
