Anybody happen to pass by Sin Ming road?

It seems like the area is cordon off for construction.

Maybe one of the BTO site for Nov 2023 :geek: .

Yes there was an amendment to masterplan for the old Sin Ming industrial area to residential. The old block 26 of rental flats also going to demolish. Very possible for this to be for a BTO, although would need to see the kind of construction equipment on site.

Oh boy,
That is your estimated walking time taken.
Alot of people don't even walk like 1 bustop distance away...lol
Those elderly don't expect them to walk so far.
And worst there is no shelter to the MRT /Shopping mall.
